Kaitlyn is a consummate professional who comes to work every day with the clear goal of making our students’ lives better. She is a fierce protector and advocate for every one of the 400 DVM students at the CVM and a great role model who exemplifies what it means to practice what you preach. She has enlightened those colleagues around her to the trials and tribulations of our students’ lives and what we can do to foster a more inclusive, supportive, and productive environment for all involved. She has made an immediate impact in our CVM community and I am excited to see what the future has in store for her!
