Elisha provided a heroic level of initiative and work during a recent upgrading of computer software at NCSU’s peer-reviewed scientific journal, BioResources. Elisha showed initiative and dedication in keeping the peer-review process running during a few weeks when some functions of the journal’s software were not available.
