Trisha Jackson – Trisha Jackson

Trisha has worked extremely hard this past month to put together TRIO Collegiate Programs first ever Career Bootcamp. She identified TRIO Alumni and current students involved with high impact practices, is incorporating a strengths-based approach to career development using Gallup CliftonStrengths, and discussing Adulting 101 with students. She created and developed a program that uses a peer to peer model of education, engages current and past TRIO Alumni and helps current students to work on networking skills. This program development process has been challenging, especially identifying alumni and current students to attend but Trisha has done an exceptional job creating a meaningful and engaging program for TRIO Scholars. She took this from an idea to an actual event. We are lucky to have her on our team and I want to give her a big shout-out for her amazing work!
