I have been so impressed with Terence as the new zone manager for my building! He is always so positive and communicative. It’s obvious that he takes pride in his work and in his relationships with both his building liaisons and the housekeepers he supervises. He goes above and beyond to build relationships, and any request I submit is addressed by the next shift. He’s truly fantastic!
