Zach Cook, DASA Tech

I appreciate how Zach responds to tech-help tickets so quickly. Even when it’s a small issue that I should maybe know how to resolve myself, Zach arrives with a smile on his face eager to help. He never makes me feel bad when my problem is a simple fix and he always takes time to answer my questions. Additionally, he teaches me how to fix issues on my own so that I can correct problems or anticipate issues in advance. Zach’s enthusiasm for troubleshooting and resolve issues is appreciated by all staff in my unit. Thank you, Zach!
