A RESOLUTION IN SUPPORT OF THE RECOMMENDATIONS ARISING FROM THE 2014 STAFF WELL-BEING SURVEY RESULTS.

 

Whereas the university administers the Staff Well-Being Survey every five years to assess NC State staff satisfaction with their work environment and various aspects of the university,

And

Whereas the Director of Staff Diversity collaborated with three different groups of staff and administrators during 2015 to analyze the results,

And

Whereas the Staff Senate Diversity Committee has reviewed the recommendations arising from those results,

And

Whereas the implementation of the recommendations would benefit all staff,

And

Whereas the Staff Senate Diversity Committee endorses said recommendations,

Therefore,

Be it resolved that the Staff Senate as a whole endorses the recommendations arising from the 2014 Staff Well-Being Survey submitted by the Director of Staff Diversity and requests that the university administration adopt and implement the recommendations as soon as possible.
