Bryce Clodfelter – OIT TSS

Quick shout out to Bryce for being an awesome ServiceNow architect/developer/BA/manager/person in general! There is a ton of work that goes on behind the scenes, whether it be juggling meeting schedules, gathering project requirements, implementing new services, validating existing/legacy services, troubleshooting ServiceNow applications and security constraints, writing documentation for implementation and usage, …. I could keep going, but TL;DR He does a ton of work, does it very well, and I think he deserves a shout out 😀
