Yolanda Jones – Transportation

I crossed paths with Yolanda at the Wellness Fair where she was a vendor for the Transportation Department. I told Yolanda of an incident I had 2 years prior with the department, and how I was charged $250. Yolanda wasn’t happy that I wasn’t happy, so she investigated the situation. She went above and beyond to try and rectify the problem. After the fair, I received a call from Yolanda saying I would be reimbursed for the incident. Yolanda’s awesome customer service, empathy and her desire to resolve this issue will never be forgotten. I appreciate her work in getting an issue 2 years old rectified.
