Michael has really stepped into his new role at Textiles and is hitting the ground running. He ALWAYS has a positive attitude, a happy face and has such a willingness to help both faculty and staff. He gives the attention, time and patience needed to help with IT issues and concerns. As the staff senator of the Wilson College of Textiles, I can speak for everyone here that we are lucky to have his work ethic and expertise present on a consistent basis.
