Brian Mathis, Leadership and Civic Engagement (DASA)

Brian was the primary coordinator for the early voting site at NC State. He provided incredible leadership, as he assembled a coalition of campus stakeholders and worked closely with the Wake County Board of Elections. His vision to have the site return to NC State’s community demonstrated civic engagement in action. His efforts benefitted not only the NC State community, but the local community as well. Brian continues to think and do the extraordinary and he is an invaluable asset to the NC State.
