Michelle Anderson, University Payroll

I am a preaward consultant for CALS and assist our faculty with grant proposals. I am working with an investigator on a proposal partnering with Sri Lanka. I spoke with Michelle on the phone today and she was so much help with Sri Lankan tax treaties, qualified scholarship costs, visas, etc. I am so glad we have her! We all have our specialties and tax treaties are not mine. Michelle was very approachable and was able to take what I am sure is a quite complex web of regulations and boil it down to what I needed to know in a way that I could understand.
