Sally Petters has gone above and beyond to assist my students and I this summer with LOTS of hiring and payroll issues that have come up. Some of these issues have been a misunderstanding or just part of the process but some of these have been my errors or several of my students (after she and I both gave clear instructions:). At one point I had students make the SAME error back to back which resulted in more work on her part and she was extremely patient with them in making sure everything was still taken care of in a timely manner. I am very indebted to Sally for all her dedication and hard work in what is often more than “the job” requires.
